My husband and I met Jacqui at our very first open house where she mentioned she enjoyed working with first time home buyers and walking them through the process. We talked it over and met with her a week or so later at a local Starbucks. She took an hour or so out of her time to make sure we knew what to expect, show us the paperwork, numbers and answer any questions we had. From the very beginning she made us feel comfortable. Within the next month of working with her she was always available when needed and very easy to get ahold of. Jacqui Bowman and her team sold my condo for me earlier this year. It was a tough property to sell and even more difficult because I had already moved three states away. We originally listed with another agency/realtor and within two weeks Jacqui and her team had more lookers through the condo than we'd had in six months with the other company. Within three months we had an offer to accept and the transfer process went very smoothly even though we were long distance. I could write a novel on how much I loved working with this team, but I will try to keep it short and sweet! My husband and I are first-time homebuyers and this task seemed so daunting and scary we went back and forth a few times on whether we were ready to do commit to such a long and fickle process. Every step of the way we used personal recommendations, our friends referred us to our loan officer, our loan officer referred us to Summit Real Estate Group and they referred us to everyone else!. Jacqui was there at our first appointment to help smooth things along, and fought for us along the way, Katee was so helpful and sweet, but Tiffani felt like our guardian angel! She knew the area, the houses, she knew what we were looking for, and though we felt like we wanted to "hurry up and just pick one" (sorry!) she seemed to know what we would need better than we did. I type this now from my new home-a home I am very much in love with!-and I know how much we have to thank each of them. A++ :)
